Singer / Pianist / Composer Rick DellaRatta,considered by many to be one of the finest Jazz Artists performing today, will perform a special BenefitConcert for The Papillon Foundation at The Beast Tapas Bar located at 638 Bergen Street in Brooklyn, NY.This event will also feature the fabulous artworks of Jonathan Fritz. In 2002 Papillon was born out of the need to feed hungry people in the poverty stricken communities south ofJohannesburg. 7 years later the organization was responsible for providing 26 000 hot meals each year, andin association with other organizations currently distributes clothing, toiletries and other goods to orphans, oldage homes and the poor of all ages, races and creeds in Johannesburg, Soweto, Orange Farm, Carletonvilleand other areas. New Christmas Presents are also given to 300 needy Children every December. Papillonhas, to date, distributed 51.2 tons of goods to the needy.
