In 2002 Papillon was born out of the need to feed hungry people in the poverty stricken communities south ofJohannesburg. 7 years later the organization was responsible for providing 26 000 hot meals each year, andin association with other organizations currently distributes clothing, toiletries and other goods to orphans, oldage homes and the poor of all ages, races and creeds in Johannesburg, Soweto, Orange Farm, Carletonvilleand other areas. Having performed with everyone from Dizzy Gillespie to Paquito D' Rivera, Rick DellaRatta is nowconsidered by many to be one of the finest Singer/Pianists performing today and one of only a handful ofJazz Artists who can make a successful musical presentation to a large audience without having to abandonthe true art form of Jazz. His unique and original piano playing and composing has been compared in print toChick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, Bill Evans, McCoy Tyner, Keith Jarrett, Joe Zawinul, HoraceSilver, Oscar Peterson and Thelonius Monk while his signature vocal sound and style has been likened toChet Baker, Billie Holiday, Joao Gilberto, Ivan Lins, Michael Franks and Antonio Carlos Jobim.

Jonathan Fritz not only utilizes his canvas to create elaborate, fantasy-filled dreamscapes for his viewers, butalso to create hope and support for various causes he holds close to his heart. Within several years,Jonathan has been honored with the invitation to donate paintings for many charitable events benefitingmany causes. Jonathan has also spent years tutoring children with behavioral problems and perhaps one ofhis most honorable achievements is his use of artwork as a means to help his students find a sense ofpersonal creativity and self confidence.
